We do not offer returns or exchanges for online orders.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bteamjj.com and include photos if possible.

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

This process applies only to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and is separate from our no-returns policy.

We cannot evaluate claims for items reported more than 7 days after delivery, nor items that shows signs of wear, washing, or use.
